Return Policy

It is my passion as a goldsmith and artist to create every piece with the beauty of quality craftsmanship combined with the aesthetic of time- honored handmade techniques.  I take great pride in the care and quality of creating and finishing every piece of work!

A jewelry piece may be returned to the artist within 10 days of purchase, providing that the item comes back to the artist new, unused, and with all packing intact in the original box.  Please notify me via email (kr@kimberlyreneestudio.com) or telephone (270-576-4246) within 1-3 days of receipt of item.  The customer will be responsible for return shipping. 

Returns that are worn, damaged, or in any way altered from the original state will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer.  The customer will pay for return shipping.  

A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment upon receipt and review of the returned item.

A jewelry piece that was purchased through a gallery is subject to that specific store's return policy.

Items of functional sculptural work such as spoons, vessels, bowls, letter openers, etc. are non-returnable.

 


Bespoke Orders

Custom orders of all types are welcomed and considered!  Contact Kimberly Renee' to discuss pricing and detail of work.

Every bespoke order is a final sale.  Returns are not accepted on custom orders. 

All bespoke orders require a deposit of 50% of the retail price.  The order is processed once the deposit is received.

For pricing of custom orders, please contact Kimberly Renee' as the metal prices fluctuate on a daily basis.

Custom orders will be made within 2-3 weeks from the time of deposit.  (Depending on the intricacy of the work, and sourcing of materials such as stones, etc., some special orders may take longer.  Please remember that the item is handmade, and your patience is greatly appreciated!

All completed bespoke order pieces remain copyrighted with the artist/maker, and may not be reproduced in any form or fashion.
