Custom Work

Custom orders of all types are welcomed and considered! Contact Kimberly Renee' (kr@kimberlyreneestudio.com) to discuss pricing and detail of work.

Every custom order is a final sale. Returns are not accepted on custom orders.

All custom orders require a deposit of 50% of the retail price. The order is processed once the deposit is received.

For pricing of custom orders, please contact Kimberly Renee' as metal prices fluctuate on a daily basis.

Custom orders will be made within 2-3 weeks from the time of deposit. (Depending on the intricacy of the work, and sourcing of materials such as stones, etc., some special orders may take longer. Please remember that the item is handmade, and your patience is greatly appreciated!

All completed custom order pieces remain copyrighted with the artist/maker, and may not be reproduced in any form or fashion.

Our site is hosted on Squarespace, Inc (Squarespace). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases, and general Squarespace application. They store your information on a secure server protected by appropriate controls, practices and security measures. Squarespace uses third party payment processors to assist in processing your personally identifiable payment information securely. Such third-party payment processor’s use and protection of your information is governed by their respective Privacy Policy. Payments for our products are currently processed and managed using the third-party vendor Stripe.

We adopt reasonable data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, transaction information and data under our control. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
